How Our Exchange Policy Works

If you receive a spoiled or damaged product, contact our customer service team with your Order ID within 24 hours of delivery.

Step 2 — Send a Photo
Simply send a photo of the damaged item to our WhatsApp number at +92 309 4884240. This helps us verify and process your claim quickly.

Step 3 — We Replace It
We'll review your case within 72 hours, and once approved, arrange an exchange for products of the same value using your original payment method.
Exchange Policy Details
What qualifies for an exchange?
Spoiled, damaged, or rotten mangoes qualify for our exchange policy. The claim must be submitted with a photo within 24 hours of receiving your order.
How long does the review process take?
Our team reviews all claims within 72 hours. We'll notify you via WhatsApp once your claim is approved and your replacement is on its way.
Do I need to return the damaged product?
No. You do not need to return the damaged mangoes. Simply send us a photo as proof and we'll handle the rest.
Are shipping charges covered for replacements?
The replacement will be processed using the same payment method as your original purchase. Shipping charges from the original order are excluded from the exchange.
What if I miss the 24-hour window?
We strongly encourage reporting within 24 hours. If you miss this window, please still contact us — we'll review your case on a best-effort basis.
